Our products are proudly 100% made in Morocco, where skilled artisans handcraft each piece using time-honored techniques passed down through generations.

How do I care for my Moroccan handmade pieces?

To ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend dry cleaning. Please pay special attention to the Moroccan handmade details.

How do I determine if the sizing will fit me?

Most of our products are designed with a unique, oversized fit that is intended to accommodate a range of body types.

We recommend referring to the product description on each product page for specific measurements and fit details. If you have any questions about sizing or need further assistance, our customer support team is always here to help.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order via our website or simply send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram with the product(s) you're interested in purchasing. Our team will guide you through the process and provide assistance as needed.

What is your payment process?

We require a 50% deposit via wire transfer to secure your purchase. Please contact by Instagram DM with your order number to provide you with bank details. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers for the initial deposit and cash payments for the remaining balance upon delivery. Please note that we do not currently accept credit card payments or other forms of electronic payment.

How long does shipping take?

We offer shipping throughout Morocco.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days once your order is confirmed.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What is our return policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 3 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense, and the item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
